About The Position

A lovely family in the Spring Mills area is seeking a part-time nanny for their two children, ages 7 and 11, for an immediate start. Care is needed 3–5 weekdays per week from 4pm to 8:30pm (occasionally until 9pm, depending on the father’s work schedule). The 11-year-old has multiple diagnoses, including ADHD, depression, separation anxiety, and oppositional defiant disorder. Experience working with neurodivergent children and those with special needs is essential. The family is looking for a patient, engaging, and fun-loving nanny who can be understanding and provide consistent support. Start date: Immediate Length of Position: 6 months, possibility to extend Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4pm-8:30pm (occasionally until 9pm) 3-5 days per week Compensation: $20 per hour

Requirements

• 2 years of paid professional childcare experience
• CPR certified, or willing to become certified
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Able to provide 2 childcare-related references from a professional setting
• Able to successfully clear a background and social media screening

Responsibilities

• Prepare simple meals or snacks, as needed
• Help maintain evening routines, including transitions to bedtime
• Supervise and engage with both children in age-appropriate activities
