About The Position

The Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser at Mondelēz International is responsible for fulfilling the merchandising needs of customers by building relationships, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays of iconic snack brands. This role involves representing Mondelēz in stores, optimizing product visibility, and ensuring compliance with merchandising guidelines to enhance sales and promote new products.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required.
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on personal devices.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Must live within 25 miles of Mount Laurel, NJ.
• Flexible schedule availability required.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill merchandising needs through communication and relationship building.
• Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays of Nabisco products.
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and collaborate with sales representatives.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps.
• Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented and stocked according to Mondelēz' guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal sales and displays, and support new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz.
