About The Position

The Uftring Auto Group is hiring for our award-winning service team! We have a thorough but FAST hiring process! The Part-Time Mobile Porter involves various tasks related to vehicle care and upkeep, will involve travel between business and homes. PAY BEGINS AT $17.00 PER HOUR. BE OUR NEXT SUCCESS STORY! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Use his or her general knowledge of quality customer service on a daily basis. Establish rapport with customers. Drive vehicles to parking as needed. Be a goodwill ambassador for the facility. Notify manager of customer concerns. Maintain a positive attitude towards customer satisfaction Maintain communication with Service staff Operates Shuttles to homes and businesses when needed Willingness to help as needed in other tasks in the Service department Check vehicle for physical damage Take vehicles to the car wash to be cleaned. Will include light vacuuming. QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS: Must possess a valid IL driver’s license with a clean driving record. Personable and capable of communicating with customers. Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive, polite attitude. Able to follow processes and utilize basic smartphone apps daily. Neat, professional appearance. Ability and desire to deliver world class service to our customers on a daily basis. Sensitivity to customer concerns with enthusiasm. SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday from 1:00pm until 6:00pm COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: The compensation for the part-time Mobile Porter starts at $17.00 per hour. Requirements
