About the position

The Merchandiser position is a part-time role responsible for presenting and maintaining products in retail locations to attract consumer attention. This role involves servicing multiple bulk accounts, following planograms, and ensuring compliance with quality guidelines. The position requires effective communication with store management and cross-functional teams, primarily covering weekends and holidays with an average of 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs.
• Physically moves the product from the backroom and places it on display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelves where permitted.
• Rotates product and fills Fastlane merchandisers and vendors; checks vendor to ensure proper operation.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor.
• Arranges the return of empty pallets and shells, damaged, and out-of-date products to the branch.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests and discussions about pricing, special programs, and new opportunities.

Requirements

• Valid instate driver's license
• Excellent driving history
• Proof of insurance policy to verify current coverage of liability and property damage at specified limits.
