About The Position

Signature Retail Services is hiring a Part-Time Merchandising Associate in the Columbus, OH territory. This position offers a flexible schedule of approximately 15-25 hours per week, paying $16.00-$18.00 per hour. Merchandising Associates are responsible for creating attractive and accurate product displays to maximize sales and enhance customer experience. They manage inventory, execute planograms, set up displays, and collaborate with store personnel to maintain brand standards in retail partners like Lowe’s and The Home Depot. The role is ideal for detail-oriented, hands-on individuals ready to make an impact. Employees may be assigned additional tasks as directed by a manager.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
Proof of a valid driver's license and personal Auto Insurance coverage.
Access to a smartphone with internet access, phone, text, and email capabilities.
This position involves independent travel to retail locations without assistance from others.
This position involves duties such as lifting, bending, stooping, sitting, standing, walking, and safely climbing ladders.
This position involves regular lifting requirements of 50 lbs without assistance throughout the shift.

Prior merchandising experience preferred, but paid on-site training is provided.

Responsibilities

Use your personal vehicle to independently travel to and service stores within an assigned territory.
Conduct audits, perform product resets, merchandise products, and maintain product planograms.
Accurately position price labels, install point-of-purchase signage for enhanced product visibility, and install new fixtures/ displays.
Ensure inventory is fully stocked by down-stocking products and managing shelf displays.
Coordinate with store personnel to assess inventory needs, proactively recommend replenishment, and place product orders to ensure shelves remain fully stocked and visually appealing.
Serve as the product expert, providing knowledgeable support to both customers and store associates by answering questions and sharing key product details.
