Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Sales experience
• Ability to form meaningful rapport with clients
• Persuasive and articulate communication skills
• Confidence in presenting membership options.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a dance or fitness environment
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Possession of a tablet or iPad.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients at classes to hear about their experience and reasons for attending.
• Present ways membership options may fit clients' goals.
• Onboard new members and ensure they maximize their membership.
• Post to social media accounts during classes while observing the class experience.
