About The Position
The Member Services representative facilitates member satisfaction by proactively visiting with guests at the Baylor Tom Landry Fitness Center to ensure their needs are being met. Candidates will provide a high level of personalized attention to members through personal service, conversation and consistent level of professionalism. Member Services Representatives will use effective conversation to help the member achieve their personal goals and feel safe/comfortable using the facility.
