About The Position

The Part Time Member Sales & Service Specialist at Club Pilates Ken Caryl is a dynamic role focused on engaging with potential and existing members to promote Pilates classes and memberships. The specialist will assist the Studio Manager in building relationships, conducting tours, and ensuring exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, via email, and text message.
• Comfortable with public speaking in groups of up to 12 people.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve membership, retail, and service objectives.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt and evolve in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
• Reliable means of transportation to the studio and occasional offsite events.

Nice To Haves

• Background or knowledge in Pilates and/or fitness is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails, text messages, and phone calls, ensuring timely communication.
• Execute sales protocols for prospect follow-up, membership sales, or intro class booking.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, whether in person, over the phone, or via text and email.
• Conduct tours of the facility while actively engaging with individuals.
• Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift.
• Achieve personal and studio-level sales goals.
• Help maintain a clean and orderly studio environment.
• Participate in special events to promote the studio.
• Smile and maintain a positive demeanor throughout interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
