We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Med Tech to join our team at Spring Arbor of Greenville, NC. In this leadership role, you will oversee resident care staff, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while maintaining compliance with state regulations. This position is ideal for a compassionate professional who is passionate about senior care, skilled in medication administration, and committed to excellence in resident well-being. Location: 2097 W Arlington Blvd, Greenville, NC 27834
Shift: 3pm-11pm

Requirements

• Medication Technician Certification - Required
• CNA Required
• At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CPR and First Aid certified

Nice To Haves

• Prior supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting highly desired

Responsibilities

• Supervise 1st shift care staff and ensure proper staffing levels
• Administer and document medications per physician’s orders
• Provide direct resident care and oversee the care provided by nursing assistants
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans for residents
• Communicate with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
• Respond to resident emergency call system
