About The Position

We are looking for you to be our next Massage Therapist to join us on our journey in The Spa. The Spa offers a variety of luxurious spa treatments. The role of Spa Therapist includes the ability to provide professional massage for any client that includes any treatments that are listed on our Spa menu. You will need to pay special attention to the guests/customers’ needs in an appointment and have product and treatment knowledge regarding the services offered and the products that we use and sell in our Spa. Punctuality is essential, as you must be on time to all scheduled appointments and shifts. Additionally, you will be expected to perform other tasks as assigned by the Spa Manager or other hotel personnel. Compliance with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct is required. You will work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. The position requires flexibility and adaptability in a constantly changing environment.

Requirements

• Current Massage Therapy License (required).
• At least 3 years’ experience performing massage, with 2 years in a luxury atmosphere.
• Hotel, resort, or cruise ship experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of a variety of massage modalities, scrubs, and wraps.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage services as per the Spa menu.
• Pay special attention to guests/customers’ needs during appointments.
• Maintain product and treatment knowledge for services offered.
• Be punctual for all scheduled appointments and shifts.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Spa Manager or hotel personnel.
