We are seeking a Part-Time Marriage & Family Therapist to join our dedicated behavioral healthcare team. This role will focus on providing therapy to couples, families, and individuals, with the opportunity to work with adult or adolescent clients depending on experience and program needs. The ideal candidate is skilled in family systems work, comfortable facilitating group sessions, and committed to fostering healthy communication and relationships.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or a related counseling field (required) with the completing on a clinical based internship or practicum
  • Active LMFT license in Pennsylvania or license-eligibility (required)
  • Experience providing therapy for couples, families, and individuals

Responsibilities

  • Provide family, couples, and individual therapy to address relationship dynamics, communication, and mental health needs
  • Facilitate outpatient group therapy sessions when appropriate
  • Conduct Level of Care Assessments in accordance with program standards
  • Develop and update treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the clinical team
  • Participate in regular team meetings to review progress and coordinate care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with licensing and insurance requirements
  • Support a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for clients and their families
