This role focuses on customer retention, marketing outreach, and CRM organization , while also assisting with incoming calls and occasional front desk coordination. This is a great opportunity for a college student or early-career professional who wants real experience in marketing, sales support, and business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain consistent marketing touchpoints with existing customers
  • Assist with email newsletters and outbound outreach campaigns
  • Research prospective clients and build organized prospect lists
  • Update and maintain CRM systems accurately
  • Support social media coordination and brand visibility
  • Send sample kits to current and prospective customers
  • Follow up after orders to gather feedback and identify opportunities
  • Track and report weekly marketing and outreach activity
  • Assist with trade show preparation and follow-up
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Welcome clients and visitors when they arrive
  • Help maintain a clean and organized front office
