About The Position
We are a casual, family steakhouse restaurant serving fresh, hand cut mesquite grilled steaks, fall off the bone barbecue ribs and fresh baked rolls. We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our family and grow with the company. This is an excellent opportunity for a career minded hospitality professional! We're a casual American steakhouse serving hand cut steaks, fall off the bone barbecue ribs and freshly baked rolls. Our amazing staff and buckets of peanuts welcome the whole group in for a Fun, Casual and Tasty experience with our Roadhouse Family.
Requirements
- Restaurant Manager experience: 1-3 years (preferred)
- Excellent leadership and organizational skill
- Ability to train, inspire and oversee team to the highest hospitality standards
- Strong knowledge of food, craft cocktail culture, and current industry trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An infectious, positive attitude
- Outstanding hospitality skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible schedule - availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
