About The Position

As a Part-Time Manager/3rd Key Holder at Claire's, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail targets and driving sales. You will be responsible for opening and closing the store in the absence of other management, ensuring a safe and legal trading environment. Your role will involve delivering excellent customer service, assisting with store operations, and maintaining a presentable store environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (some high school required).
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Understanding of customer service importance.
• Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills.
• Ability to stand during scheduled shifts.
• Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders and step stools.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales.
• Open and close the store in the absence of other management, ensuring safe and legal trading.
• Deliver sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
• Ensure customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Demonstrate Claire's products and assist customers with queries using product knowledge.
• Assist with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
• Perform ear piercing after receiving full training.
• Ensure the store looks presentable and inviting to customers.
