About The Position

Penn State Great Valley seeks a part-time instructor (non-tenure track) in our Management Division for various graduate programs. Teaching assignments may include online or on-campus in Malvern in the late afternoons and evenings. The review process will begin immediately and will continue until the vacancy is filled. Applicants should submit an electronic dossier (no paper submissions please) including a cover letter, areas of teaching interest, a curriculum vitae, a list of courses taught at the graduate and undergraduate level, and a statement on teaching philosophy. Applications will be accepted until the vacancy is filled.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
• Prior teaching experience, preferably at the graduate level.
• A minimum of 12 months teaching or teaching assistant experience.
• A demonstrated record of research accomplishments.

Nice To Haves

• A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate courses in Management, Accounting, or Finance.
• Conduct classes online or on-campus in Malvern during late afternoons and evenings.
• Prepare and deliver course materials and assessments.
• Engage with students and provide academic support.
• Participate in departmental meetings and activities.
