About The Position
The Cedar Park Public Library is seeking to hire an experienced and innovative part-time Makerspace Specialist to coordinate STEM and Maker programming for all ages at the new Library. The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive knowledge of learning theory and a passion for experiential learning. They will be customer-focused, creative and enthusiastic. They will also be an engaging public speaker, a collaborative team member, adept at a wide range of technology solutions, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy working with community members of all ages, backgrounds, learning styles and abilities.
