About The Position

The Maintenance Person's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: filtering oil fryers daily, maintaining outside grounds, cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms, taking out and emptying trash compactor, changing light bulbs, and cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris. Communicating with the Store Manager and the Primary Maintenance team is crucial. People who work in a McDonald's restaurant perform a number of different tasks every day, and this posting does not list all of the essential functions of this job.

Requirements

• Maintenance applicants must be 18 years or older to apply
• Outstanding, positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Can work in a fast-paced, team orientated environment
• Weekend availability is a must
• Can be flexible with scheduling - during the week
• Learning other areas in the restaurant - service, production - and can assist during a busy time and throughout the week
