About The Position
We are seeking a dependable Part-Time Commercial Maintenance Technician to support daily building operations. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, light repairs, and general upkeep of the facility to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of commercial building maintenance experience
- Ability to work assigned shifts with flexibility when needed
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- English or bilingual (Spanish/English) required
Responsibilities
- Replace and repair lights and fixtures
- Perform toilet repairs and other light plumbing tasks
- Complete general building maintenance and minor repairs
- Hang items and assist with office setup or modifications
- Paint and patch sheetrock as needed
- Respond to additional maintenance requests as assigned by management
