About The Position

Adara Living is looking for a technician to assist our Maintenance Director in our day-to-day operations. General job responsibilities include: A general understanding for the repair and maintenance of serviceable machinery Ensuring that Maintenance schedules are followed as outlined a general knowledge of fire and safety procedures/protocols performing routine maintenance and repair on facility grounds Service and maintenance of facility heat and air conditioning units, equipment, and any and all other duties as directed by the Maintenance Director Participate in rotating weekend on call schedule as needed Who You Are: A motivated individual willing to learn and grow as part of a team Eager to work in a fast-paced environment An Individual with a strong work ethic who is compassionate towards others A person who has a Positive Attitude A person of tact, patience, of level temperament able to handle stressful situations What You Must Have: The ability to read, comprehend, and write English Exceptional communication skills
