About The Position
Trotwood Health & Rehab, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team during daytime hours in Dayton, OH. This role involves providing quality nursing care to our residents while working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of Ohio.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible daytime schedule part-time.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents according to established policies and procedures.
- Monitor and record resident health status and report changes to the supervising nurse or physician promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
- Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care and resident information.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Follow infection control policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
