Part-Time Lifestyle Director – Active Adult Community (16 Hours/Week Onsite) Howell, New Jersey Are you energetic, organized, and passionate about creating engaging experiences for active adults? Our well-established Active Adult community in Howell, NJ, is seeking a Part-Time Lifestyle Director to plan, coordinate, and lead social, recreational, and wellness programming for residents. Salary: $28hr Schedule: 16 hours per week (onsite, flexible schedule including some evenings or weekends for events) Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and oversee community events, activities, and clubs Develop monthly calendars, newsletters, and resident communications Coordinate vendors, instructors, and entertainers Manage activity budget and track expenses Encourage resident involvement and build a vibrant community atmosphere Work collaboratively with management and the Board Qualifications: Experience in event planning, recreation, hospitality, or community programming preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented Proficient with email, flyers, and basic computer programs Ability to lift light supplies and set up events as needed What We’re Looking For: Someone creative, dependable, and enthusiastic who enjoys working with an active adult population and fostering a fun, welcoming environment. 401k paid sick Paid holidays
