About The Position

TEMPORARY LECTURERS IN NURSING: The Department of Nursing invites applications for a pool of part-time teaching appointments. Candidates selected will teach one or some combination of courses in Nursing. This position is contingent upon the availability of authorized funding and need.

Requirements

• Unencumbered California RN license
• Master’s Degree in Nursing for theory courses, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing for Clinical courses.
• If teaching in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program, applicant must have National Nurse Practitioner Certification and unencumbered California FNP license.

Nice To Haves

• Doctoral Degree
• Minimum one year teaching experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Teach one or some combination of courses in Nursing.
