The Department of Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Studies invite applications for Part-Time Lecturer teaching positions to teach introductory and upper division courses in the discipline, including, but not limited to, Women in American Culture, Gender and Public Dialogue, Humanities and Gender, Gender and Art, Gender and Popular Music, History of Women in Medicine, Feminist/Women's History. Candidates must have completed 18 hours of graduate coursework in Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Studies and have at least one semester of classroom teaching experience and excellent communication skills. Instructors are expected to utilize Blackboard to submit course syllabus, order textbooks or other reading materials, provide developmentally meaningful feedback, present engaging learning experiences, respond to students in a timely manner, communicate regularly with designated academic program director, submit final grades within university deadlines, and comply with other requests as a part-time lecturer such as completing an attestation disclosure form, along with completing annual evaluations.
