Part-time Lecturer-Nursing (Owensboro)
About The Position
The School of Nursing invites applications for Part-Time Lecturer (PTL) teaching positions in our Owensboro, Kentucky, location. Applicants will be considered as openings become available for teaching in each semester. Instructors are expected to attend orientation/trainings, submit course syllabus, order textbooks or other reading materials, provide developmentally meaningful feedback, present engaging and diverse learning experiences, respond to students in a timely manner, communicate regularly with designated course chair, maintain collegial and respectful relations with members of the UofL community and external stakeholders, submit course data and final grades within university deadlines, and comply with other requests as a part-time lecturer.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Curriculum Vitae required
Nice To Haves
- Master’s Degree preferred (MSN)
- Prior teaching experience is preferred
