About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Teach the String Instrument Method course for Music Education majors.
  • Teach violin or viola lessons for non-majors.
  • Teach the following courses: String Instruments (MUSM 2203) and Violin or Viola (MUS 1100-Strings).
  • Utilize teaching materials prepared by the music department.
  • Utilize email, Microsoft Word, web-based grading systems and web-based classroom management software (Moodle).

Benefits

  • The budgeted salary for this position is typically $1,000 per credit hour.
