About The Position
Penn State Shenango, located in Sharon, PA, seeks a part-time lecturer to teach Introduction to Psychology in person. There is potential for teaching other introductory or intermediate courses, as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of an earned master’s degree in psychology or closely related field
- PA State Police Criminal Background Check
- PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form
- Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check
Nice To Haves
- Prior teaching at the college level is strongly preferred
- Experience using classroom technology is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Teach Introduction to Psychology in person
- Teaching other introductory or intermediate courses, as needed
