About The Position

The Department of Organization & School Leadership at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) occasionally needs to hire non-tenure track, part-time lecturers to teach at the graduate level for the academic year 2025-2026. UTRGV serves the Rio Grande Valley and beyond via an innovative and unique multicultural education dedicated to student access and success. Requirements

  • Experience as an Assistant Principal, Principal, Superintendent, or Central Office experience.
  • A doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from an accredited institution.
  • Required Principal Certificate.

Nice To Haves

  • Teaching experience.
  • Ability to teach face-to-face and/or online classes.
  • Ability to utilize technology to support teaching and learning.
  • Superintendent Certificate (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Delivering quality instruction within the program.
