The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Miami is seeking part-time faculty members to teach courses at the undergraduate and graduate level. We are particularly interested in individuals with expertise in Robotics and Applied Artificial Intelligence (AI) who can contribute to courses and laboratories in areas such as: Robotics and Mechatronics Autonomous Systems and Control Applied Artificial Intelligence (e.g., Generative AI, Trustworthy and Explainable AI, AI-Enabled/Powered Systems, AI in Healthcare Applications) Machine Learning and Data-Driven Engineering Embedded Systems and Intelligent Hardware A terminal degree in engineering or a closely related field is required, with a minimum of two years of appropriate technical and/or teaching experience. A Ph.D. with demonstrated teaching experience is strongly preferred.
