About The Position
Seldin Company is seeking a Part Time Leasing Specialist for Concord Lexington apartment community in Cheyenne, WY. This is a Tax Credit property with 132 units. This position will pay up to $21.00 an hour , determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. This position will be 25 hours per week, and a schedule will be discussed during the interview process. The Part Time Leasing Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents seeking a new home and provide exceptional customer service to the community's existing residents.
