About The Position
This position is responsible for coordinating the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. The role involves working in a part-time capacity at a stabilized garden-style property with a unit count of 198. The ideal candidate should have previous work experience in a related position such as administrative, customer service, sales, or hospitality.
