About The Position
The Part-Time Leasing Consultant at Zaremba Management Company is responsible for sourcing prospective tenants, identifying their housing needs, and providing tours of apartments and the community to secure leases. This role involves managing lease documentation, facilitating the move-in and move-out process, and delivering excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants. The position requires 24 hours of work per week, with flexibility to fill in as needed.
