As a Part-Time Leasing Consultant and a participant of the Arrive Program, you will provide a positive community experience to residents and effectively market and lease apartments to prospects, while building and developing a professional foundation to launch your career. The Arrive Program is intentionally designed to provide engagement, inspiration, and connection with PeakMade Real Estate. This program offers a foundational opportunity to empower you as a Part-Time Leasing Consultant with resume building skills, while opening the door to development and advancement opportunities. In this role, you will maintain a positive customer service relationship and provide a sense of community where students want to live. You will assist with planning and hosting resident events, write up and file service requests from residents upon receipt, and participate in the future hiring and training of new Arrive associates. Additionally, you will contribute to the general upkeep and cleaning of the office, common areas, and model units, assist residents with the move-in and move-out processes, and help in the performance of the turn process. Adhering to Peak policies and procedures is essential as you effectively market and lease apartments, selling the product and services of the property to prospects. Your responsibilities will include greeting prospective residents, showing model and market-ready units, assisting with the completion of online applications, responding to internet leads, answering prospect calls, and conducting property tours following the guidelines outlined in the training materials. You will also contribute to optimizing occupancy while maximizing leased rent, utilizing established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and work to achieve and exceed budgeted occupancy percentages. Maintaining thorough product knowledge of the property and competition is crucial, as well as performing various administrative tasks such as assisting with market surveys, collecting deposits and fees associated with move-ins, and accurately preparing lease-related paperwork. You will maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, assist with other computer data entry as necessary, inspect units quarterly and prior to move-in, and audit all lease and renewal files for key controls and bonus submission to the Property Manager. Other tasks and duties may be assigned by the Property Manager.
