Must have sales and strong customer service skills to be considered Leasing Consultant Responsibilities: Our Leasing Consultant is the community's sales representative and is responsible for interacting with residents, both existing and potential on behalf of GSF Properties Inc. Assist with viewing/touring the property, providing accurate information about each apartment home, properly process rental applications, secure lease agreements from qualified persons, and participate in lease renewals. Our Leasing Consultant is responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policy. Requirements

• At least 1 solid years of sales and marketing experience
• 1 year of excellent customer service experience
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, property management-related software, email, internet, social media)
• Organized
• Handle high volume workload and able to multitask well
• Follow directions and work independently
• Able to work Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 8am-5pm = 24 hours per week

Responsibilities
