About The Position
The Leasing Consultant interacts with and helps manage current residents as well as prospective residents. They are responsible for activities related to resident relations and retention as well as generating and managing leads, leasing apartments, qualifying prospective residents, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in and move-out paperwork. This position does not supervise other employees.
