About The Position

In accordance with the Mission and Values of Southwestern Illinois College, this position provides open lab practice, instructional assistance, and remediation for occupational and academic skills. This individual will provide tutorial, remediation, and supplementary instruction.

Requirements

• Meets Minimum Instructor Requirements in the discipline or program area
• Teaching experience in the discipline/program area preferred
• Displays good interpersonal skills with students both individually and in groups

Responsibilities

• Provide open lab practice for students
• Assist with instructional activities
• Offer remediation for occupational and academic skills
• Deliver tutorial and supplementary instruction
