Requirements

• You’re at least 16 and love working with kids
• You have a natural presence and enjoy leading with energy and imagination
• You’re positive, reliable, and take pride in doing things well
• You can be playful, but also step up as the responsible leader in the room

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, beginner-friendly gymnastics classes for kids (no prior experience needed—we train you)
• Create an environment where kids feel encouraged, safe, and celebrated
• Be confident and engaging when leading kids and communicating with parents
• Take ownership of your classes and help keep the gym organized and welcoming
