About The Position
Beach Front Property Management, Inc. is looking for an individual who shares our core values with a passion for property management and enjoys the fast pace, grow or die work environment! This self-motivated individual will make the team excel and have a strong desire to learn. This individual will also communicate with radical transparency while ensuring the customer comes first, always. The Key Holder will be responsible, under the direction of the Regional Property Supervisor, for some administrative and some maintenance/grounds keeping phases of the operation of a property. This includes, but is not limited to, general administration and maintenance with the goal that the property is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation. In addition, this at-will position will maintain lawns, flower beds, shrubs, trees, and property facilities. The Key Holder position is a part-time position that requires the employee to live onsite.
