Supervising janitorial staff and providing them with guidance and support.
Conducting inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards.
Communicating with clients regarding their cleaning needs.
Performing administrative tasks related to work schedules and assignments.

Requirements

• Prior experience in janitorial services or a supervisory role is a plus.
