Part-Time Janitor
About The Position
National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Janitors for our location in Chicago, IL! Duties include: Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across all common areas of a high-rise condominium, including the atrium, lobby, management office, community room, fitness center, mailroom, elevators, hallways, chute rooms, stairwells, laundry facilities, and restrooms. Ensures a safe, orderly, and well-maintained environment that enhances the comfort and overall experience of residents. Schedule: Monday - Saturday From 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (30 hours in total). Pay rate: $16.60HR! Bi-weekly pay!
Requirements
- Per our client’s request, Bilingual proficiency i n English and Spanish is required for this role .
- Transportation to get to work.
- Two valid forms of IDs.
- Ability to safely perform some heavy lifting.
- Must have experience with commercial or industrial cleaning.
- A Background Check and Drug test will be conducted.
- Availability to start immediately.
