About The Position

The position is located at the Pharmacy Warehouse at 5311 Dietrich Rd, San Antonio, TX 78219. The essential functions include performing inventory counts, verifying accuracy of inventory, and providing feedback to the Stock Control Clerk. Responsibilities also include using reports to ensure all scheduled letdowns are completed and recording findings in inventory sheets. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Basic math skills (+, -, *, /)
• Basic reading and writing skills
• Effective communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team-based environment
• Ability to operate machines or equipment safely and independently
• Good interpersonal skills
• Bi-lingual language skill is a plus
• Good organization skills

Responsibilities

• Perform counts to designated aisles/levels to verify accuracy of pick's inventory.
• Record findings in inventory report.
• Provide feedback to Stock Control Clerk regarding inventory counts.
• Verify count on pick locations that created problems during shipping.
• Record findings in inventory sheets for problem picks.
• Use the Available Slot report to verify that all scheduled letdowns have been completed.
• Record findings in inventory sheets for available slots.
