Ascend Rehab Services is seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Instructional Aide / Paraprofessional to support students in school-based settings across Oakland and surrounding East Bay areas. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children (school, special education, ABA, childcare, or related settings)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to school sites
• Professional, dependable, and committed to working with students

Nice To Haves

• Experience with special needs students preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group classroom support to students
• Assist with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals
• Support special education teachers and classroom staff
• Implement instructional and behavior plans under supervision
• Track and communicate student progress with the school team
