About the position
The Pennsylvania State University, York Campus, is seeking a part-time adjunct lecturer to teach courses in Information Technology and Cyber degrees. The role involves delivering lectures on various subjects including programming, IT project management, systems analysis, and discrete math, with opportunities to teach cybersecurity courses as well.
Responsibilities
- Teach courses in programming, IT project management, systems analysis, and discrete math.
- Support the Information Technology degree program at Penn State York.
- Conduct teaching demonstrations as part of the interview process.
Requirements
- A minimum of a master's degree in an appropriate discipline from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Prior teaching experience is strongly preferred.
- Successful completion of Pennsylvania Publicly Available Clearances: PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and FBI Criminal History Background Check.
