The Human Resources Consultant Assistant 2 (HRCA 2) at Clark College is a part-time position focused on providing administrative support to the benefits team and front office coverage.   • Review monthly, quarterly, and annual hours reports for compliance with state benefits regulations.
  • Prepare supplemental plan calculations of SBRP benefits for eligible employees and notify them accordingly.
  • Provide office and clerical support to the benefits and Human Resources team, including front office coverage.
  • Answer general questions from internal and external customers in person and on the HR general phone line.
  • File documents and maintain HR forms and records.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and follow up with employees as needed.
  • Some college education is required.
  • Four (4) years of front desk, office administration, or clerical experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced and customer-service oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated relationship-building skills in a diverse work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
  • Experience in a higher education environment.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and compliance regulations.
  • Competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.94 to $27.96.
  • Scheduled salary increment increases based on performance.
