  • Provide efficient, friendly service to all customers at hub airports.
  • Promote and sell air travel with American Eagle, American Airlines, and/or contracted carriers.
  • Complete arrangements for accommodating passengers with their travel needs.
  • Assist with processes to ensure operational coverage.
  • Utilize Staff Admin to upload schedules and ensure adequate employee coverage.
  • Schedule training and support the implementation of new hire processes.
  • Complete various administrative duties including badging assistance and recruiting assistance.
  • Conduct agent observations and associate activities.
  • Administer local training programs.
  • Maintain supplies and inventory control logs.
  • Prepare customer correspondence, investigate discrepancies, and compile statistical data for reports.
  • Assist management in the completion of administrative duties.
  • Act as a company representative when assigned.
  • Minimum age: 18.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license may be required by local airport authorities.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and days off.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish.
  • Possess the legal right to work in the United States.
  • Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience.
  • Previous experience in a team-lead capacity.
  • Administrative background.
  • Above average attendance.
