About The Position
Are you a natural helper? Someone who finds satisfaction in assisting other people complete tasks and complete their mission? Then this is the perfect position for you! We're looking for a Part-Time HR System Support associate who will help fellow associates with logging into and using the MyPortal HR system. The portal contains sensitive information for each associate, so confidentiality is key. * Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 8AM - 5PM * MyPortal is our internal associate only system that houses payroll and other important personal/confidential information * Assist associates with accessing their MyPortal account * Help answer MyPortal help calls * Respond to MyPortal help emails * Reset passwords, assist with Multi-Factor Authentication set up and troubleshoot associate and leader MyPortal help issues
