The portal contains sensitive information for each associate, so confidentiality is key. * Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 8AM - 5PM * MyPortal is our internal associate only system that houses payroll and other important personal/confidential information * Assist associates with accessing their MyPortal account * Help answer MyPortal help calls * Respond to MyPortal help emails * Reset passwords, assist with Multi-Factor Authentication set up and troubleshoot associate and leader MyPortal help issues
