About The Position

As an award-winning boutique hotel, The Inn at Willow Grove provides guests with an unsurpassed luxury experience. We are looking for someone to join our Housekeeping team to assist with cleaning and upkeep of our guest rooms, spa, restaurant and hotel. Our housekeeping staff consists of guest service-oriented individuals who are energetic, organized, methodical and can work both as a team player and independently towards one goal - maximum guest satisfaction. Looking for part-time staff, hourly rate begins at $14.00 plus potential tips. This position requires a flexible schedule, with availability for day, midday, and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays. In addition to general housekeeping tasks duties include: cleaning all aspects of the Inn at Willow Grove, including guest rooms, spa, restaurant and offices, organize work schedule from the room status list, distribute linen, towels and room supplies using golf carts, restock room supplies such as drinking glasses, soaps, shampoos, writing supplies, etc., replace dirty linens with clean items, realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout, respond to guest queries and requests, respond to calls for housekeeping problems, deliver any requested housekeeping items to guest rooms, organize and restock housekeeping supplies at the end of the shift, provide excellent customer service, ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms, and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and fellow team members.

  • Able to lift 30 lbs.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to bend, crouch, crawl, climb and kneel.
  • Able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Reliable Transportation

Responsibilities
