About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable living environment. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, be trustworthy, and have a proactive attitude toward household cleanliness and upkeep.

Requirements

• Previous 4 years of housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Trustworthy, respectful, and discreet
• Physically capable of performing cleaning duties (lifting, bending, standing)
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4 Years of Housekeeping experience.
• Standing and Walking: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per shift). Frequent movement between rooms and floors.
• Lifting and Carrying: Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 25–50 lbs, such as laundry baskets, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning supplies.
• Bending, Kneeling, and Reaching: Regularly required to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and reach overhead or below waist level to clean various surfaces and spaces.
• Repetitive Motion: Repetitive hand and arm movements while scrubbing, dusting, or folding laundry.
• Climbing: May occasionally need to climb a small ladder or step stool to clean high areas (e.g., ceiling fans, upper shelves).
• Fine Motor Skills: Ability to handle small items
• Visual and Hearing Requirements: Must be able to visually inspect cleanliness and hear instructions or alarms
• Environmental Tolerance: Work around cleaning chemicals (with proper protective gear). Tolerance for varying temperatures (e.g., laundry rooms, open windows, or AC settings).
• The employee must possess general knowledge and experience in all areas of the custodian/housekeeping job.
• Must present a neat appearance and pleasant personality.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchen areas
• Organize closets, pantry, and other storage spaces
• Take out trash and recycling
• Restock household supplies (toilet paper, detergents, etc.)
• Occasional deep-cleaning tasks (e.g., inside oven, fridge, baseboards)
