About The Position
This Part Time Housekeeper role is a key member of the Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, responsible for performing housekeeping to ensure plants can add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. The role involves cleaning and continual upkeep of the buildings, facilities, and grounds. Land O'Lakes is a member-owned co-op, part of their Dairy Food business, focused on creating dairy products and improving production and innovative uses for milk.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- 6+ months of work experience in any industry
- Basic computer and math skills
- Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
- Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
- Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of manufacturing or cleaning work experience
Responsibilities
- Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
- Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
- Follows all good manufacturing practices, quality, production, training, and housekeeping standards as well of standard operating procedures on tasks
- Able to multi-task and keep up with demands in a fast-paced environment
