Requirements

No specific level of education is required.
Must be able to pass a background check
Strong attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanliness
Position requires employees to be able to use general cleaning equipment and tools included but not limited to: hand tools, paint equipment, ladders, cleaning chemicals, vacuums, blowers, and hoses
Requires lifting and moving of up to 75 pounds when lifting trash bags and cleaning equipment
Position requires frequent bending and/or stooping when cleaning and removing debris.
Also requires the use of a step ladder

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Housekeeping experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of leasing office spaces, model unit, fitness center, and any additional common areas as directed
Assist with picking up grounds and organizing community furniture daily
Clean community bathrooms including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, and fixtures daily
Vacuum carpeted areas and mop floors
Clean windows and spot clean walls
Dust furniture, walls, and decorative pieces
Tidy offices and empty trashcans daily
Clean baseboards, pictures, lights, and HVAC vents.
Work with the maintenance team to ensure excellent curb appeal at all times
Maintain an excellent customer service relationship
Inspect exterior grounds and buildings, including breezeways daily
Clean mailbox area
Deliver and/or post correspondence, newsletters, and flyers
Assist in the performance of turn events
Turn vacant units as needed throughout the year and assist during turn
Perform additional duties as directed
Adhere to the company dress code
