Part-Time Housekeeper
About The Position
Lathrop Community, a retirement community grounded in Quaker values and a commitment to enhancing the experience of aging, has an opening for a part time housekeeper to join the team that maintains our campuses in Northampton and Easthampton, MA. This position is 24 hours a week, including every other weekend, at $18/hr. You will be a key part of a central department at Lathrop, you will form relationships with staff, residents, and their families while using your skills to improve and maintain the physical environment for all community members. This is a special opportunity to join a mission-driven organization in a position that allows you to use your expertise in housekeeping and cleaning in service of an aging population. All departments of Lathrop Community are part of the resident experience, and therefore comfort and care for working with this population is a must. Your application will be reviewed by our HR Manager, who will reach out for a phone screen if interested and schedule an in-person interview with the Facilities Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. If you and those leaders agree that this is the right fit, all employees have to agree to a CORI background check and pass a pre-employment physical prior to their first day.
